Tuesday's third in-season board is out. North Pocono did not move. Berwick is still looking in from outside the statewide 10.

PennLive's Class 4A list, reprinted by the Scranton Times-Tribune, has North Pocono eighth again, now 3-0. They were eighth after the Berwick opener and eighth again after Week 2. Shamokin jumped to first. Pope John Paul II climbed to second. Bonner-Prendergast slipped to third after sitting at No. 1. South Fayette entered the 10 at fifth. Jersey Shore, Montour, West York, Cardinal O'Hara, and General McLane fill out the rest. Dallas is still on the teams-to-watch line at 3-0. Berwick is not in the 10 and not among the teams to watch.

Same neighborhood as last Tuesday. A Trojans team that opened with Berwick and kept winning gets to keep its seat. A Dawgs team that has answered with two straight — 36-17 at Pittston Area and 39-0 over Wyoming Area at Crispin — still does not crack the statewide board, and that is fine for mid-September. Friday is Wilkes-Barre Area at Crispin, not a poll argument.

The Times-Tribune reprint carries the full board. Read it there. The lights at Crispin still come first.
